I stopped by Starbucks today and ordered a Caramel Protein Latte. Unfortunately, it tasted like mop water. No caramel flavor, no coffee flavor, nothing. It was bland, watery, and honestly one of the worst coffee drinks I’ve had. After taking a few sips, I went back to the counter to ask what was actually in it and to order something different. I wasn’t looking for a free drink. I was happy to pay the difference. The problem was that nobody acknowledged me. I stood at the counter, employees walked by, another order was handed out, and not a single person said, “We’ll be right with you.” The drink was disappointing, but the customer service was worse. That’s why I rarely come to Starbucks. I much prefer independent coffee houses where the coffee has personality and the people actually acknowledge your existence when you walk in the door. This visit reminded me why I keep spending my coffee money elsewhere.

I recently got my permit, and my mom wanted to capture me driving through the drive thru, especially since it was my second time. The barista was very rude and told her to stop recording. My mom was going to take a picture with me and the drinks, AFTERWARDS so there was never any recording happening. She just had the camera in place. Obviously I understand not wanting to be recorded, but there could be a nicer way to approach it. I always come to this starbucks so I feel disappointed.

The server who answered the order box was very courteous and explained cup sizes to me. The server who made my coffees didn't put a stopper on the vent hole and coffee spilled in my car seat. She needs more training.

Wow 👌 Thirty years of Starbucks This is the best Starbucks I've ever had the pleasure of having.The Manager (Priceless) Words cannot express how Phenomenal this Human Being is.He is not only professional but makes you feel like family.I am so Grateful to have had cross paths with this amazing individual. THE EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TREATING YOURSELF TO THIS PHENOMENAL STARBUCKS!!!!!

Whoever was working the order desk and making drinks around 3:30-4pm on Friday 11-7, they were the best baristas I have ever encountered. The gentleman taking orders was so fast, friendly, and efficient, I had to ask him to let me tip with cash because I was so impressed. My iced matcha with strawberry cold foam was heavenly. Thank you to the team!!
